Nomad Foods completed the acquisition of Birds Eye (UK & Ireland) and iglo on 30 June 2015 for €2.6 billion.[1]
Nomad Foods bought Iglo Group, owner of Birds Eye in Britain and iglo across continental Europe, for about €2.6 billion. It was the first acquisition by a vehicle set up specifically to consolidate European frozen food.
