PepsiCo completed the acquisition of SodaStream on 5 December 2018 for $3.2 billion.[1]
PepsiCo acquired SodaStream for $144 per share in cash, about $3.2 billion. Buying a company whose product lets people make fizzy drinks at home was an unusual move for a business that sells them ready-made in cans.
