Puig completed the acquisition of Byredo on 1 May 2022.[1]
Puig acquired a majority stake in Byredo, the Stockholm niche fragrance house founded in 2006 by a former professional basketball player with no training in perfumery. Reports valued the business near EUR 1 billion; the price was not disclosed.
