About AJet
AJet is the low-cost brand of Turkish Airlines. The company behind it was incorporated on 7 August 2023 so that the existing AnadoluJet operation could carry on as a low-cost airline at global standards, and the AJet brand itself began flying on 31 March 2024 from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen and Ankara Esenboğa. It flew 31 narrow-body aircraft as AnadoluJet before the pandemic and 118 by the end of 2025, when it carried 20.1 million passengers, and it is the vehicle the group uses to compete on price in Türkiye and nearby regions.
