Its 2025 annual report says it belongs to the Tempo Group, which has traded pharmaceutical products since 1953, and that it was formed through a 1991 restructuring of PT Scanchemie; it listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 1994. PT Bogamulia Nagadi held 90.31% of its shares at the end of 2025. The group makes and sells its own over-the-counter, vitamin, baby-care, household and cosmetic brands and also distributes licensed cosmetics: Revlon (licensed from Revlon Inc., USA), and Estée Lauder, Clinique, MAC, Bobbi Brown, La Mer and Jo Malone, which it markets under licence and which are therefore not listed here. Its Wybert herbal range and several smaller prescription and herbal lines are also left out.
