About Chef Direct
Chef Direct is the food-service arm AML Foods launched as an online marketplace connecting Bahamian restaurants, resorts and chefs to more than 9,000 food products shipped directly from the United States, with door-to-door delivery intended to protect freshness. It began serving Exuma, Abaco, Eleuthera and New Providence, with expansion into Grand Bahama planned, and it is the group's attempt to sell to the kitchens that supply the tourist economy rather than only to the households that shop its supermarkets.
