About Ghiza
Ghiza is the flour brand of Ismail Industries, milled on a 240-tonne-a-day Bühler roller mill that can produce 86,400 tonnes a year. The mill was built partly so that the company could supply its own Bisconni biscuit lines with all-purpose flour (maida); Ghiza also sells to hotels, restaurants and canteens, and sells fortified atta to households in 5 kg and 10 kg packs.
