About Grimm's
Grimm's Fine Foods began in 1951, when brothers Henry and Jacob Grimm opened a butcher shop on East Georgia Street in East Vancouver under the name BC Fancy Sausage. It took the Grimm's name in 1975, when the brothers opened a plant in Richmond, BC, and began selling to retailers. It now makes European-style smokies, sausages, deli meats, meat snacks and tortillas.
