Jin Ramen is Otoki's flagship instant ramen, made by its wholly owned subsidiary OTOKI RAMYON. It is sold in Mild, Spicy, Veggie and Chicken versions, the Mild pitched as a smooth flavour for ramen beginners. OTOKI RAMYON carried out life cycle assessments of Jin Ramen Spicy and Mild to obtain an Environmental Product Declaration, and the brand won the Presidential Award at the 27th Korea Brand Awards in December 2025.
