About Memel
Memel is VILVI Group's range of speciality cheeses: the blue-mould Memel Blue, a processed Memel Blue with hot peppers and cranberries, to which a truffle version was added in 2025, and the hard Memel Reserve, aged for 12 months. The products carry the Rambynas Regional Park label. The group says it chose the name because Memel refers to Klaipėda or, in Prussian, to the river Nemunas.
