Rokiškio is the main consumer brand of the Lithuanian dairy group Rokiškio sūris, used for butter, hard and grated cheeses, spreadable cheeses, condensed milk and natural yoghurt, and it heads sub-lines such as NAMINIS, GRAND and Bifi. The company's factory in Rokiškis began operating in February 1966, making butter, pasteurised milk, cottage cheese and sour cream, and produced its first batch of fermented cheese on 22 March that year.
