Granarolo S.p.A. is 63.14 per cent owned by the Granlatte farmers' cooperative, with Italy's National Strategic Fund, Intesa Sanpaolo and Enpaia holding most of the rest. It turned over EUR 1,617 million in 2023 from 15 plants in Italy and 9 abroad, having bought dairy businesses in France, Britain, Germany, Brazil and the United States.
