About Pinzani
Pinzani is Granarolo's brand of Pecorino Toscano PDO cheeses, made at the group's Tuscan plant for PDO pecorino. Pinzani S.r.l. merged into Granarolo S.p.A. in 2016. In 2024 Granarolo leased the milk business of the Latte Maremma producers' cooperative in Grosseto, a plant it says joins its Pinzani pecorino dairy in developing the Tuscan dairy sector.
