About Rokiškio GRAND
Rokiškio GRAND is a long-matured hard cheese of the grana type, developed by Rokiškio sūris's own technologists together with the Italian cheese master Angelo Frosio. It is sold matured for 12, 18 and 24 months, the company says half a tonne of milk goes into each head, and it is promoted as lactose-free. In early 2025 the International Taste Institute in Brussels gave it a Superior Taste Award for the fourth time.
