About QFM
QFM is the brand of Qatar Flour Mills, the only flour mill in the country, founded in 1969 and wholly owned by Zad Holding. It sells flour and other wheat-based products to households, bakeries and industry in Qatar and the wider Gulf, and holds ISO 9001 and HACCP certification. Much of its output goes to the domestic market at subsidised prices agreed with the Qatari government, an arrangement large enough that the group's auditors treat it as a key audit matter.
