About Skymark
Skymark is a Japanese domestic carrier based at Haneda Airport in Tokyo, whose mission is to provide safe, reliable, high-quality air services at affordable prices. Its history page says it received its first aircraft, a Boeing 767-300ER, in August 1998 and began the Haneda to Fukuoka route in September 1998, and that it unified its fleet on Boeing 737-800 aircraft in 2009. It started its first scheduled international flight, Narita to Saipan, in November 2019.
