About Wilson Sons
Ocean Wilsons Holdings announced on 21 October 2024 that it would sell its 56.47% interest in Wilson Sons S.A., which it called one of the largest providers of maritime services in Brazil with towage, container terminals, offshore support, small vessel construction, logistics and ship agency. The buyer was SAS Shipping Agencies Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company SA, and a further RNS reported completion on 4 June 2025.
