It is listed in Jamaica and in Trinidad and Tobago and has two halves: a food business that manufactures, distributes and retails groceries in Jamaica and sells Caribbean brands in the United States, Britain and Canada, and a financial group covering banking, insurance and money transfer. In January 2026 it bought Fonterra's half of Dairy Industries (Jamaica), the maker of Tastee cheese.
