About Encona
Encona is a hot pepper sauce range that Grace Foods UK says was introduced in 1975 and calls the country's number one hot pepper sauce brand. It came to GraceKennedy in 2007 with Enco, the British supplier of Afro-Caribbean food that was part of WT Foods, and is sold in several heat levels and pack sizes, with Caribbean recipes alongside flavours from elsewhere.
