Its annual report says it was built by acquiring Italian pasta and dairy producers from 2004, and in 2024 and 2025 it added Princes Limited (now Princes Group PLC, listed in London, in which it holds 82.70%), Diageo Operations Italy, the Plasmon baby-food business and Carrefour Italia. Brands held through Princes Group PLC (Napolina, Birkel and 3 Glocken among them) are listed under that company, not here. The group also produces Buitoni-branded pasta and baked goods at Sansepolcro under a licence, so Buitoni is not listed as a NewPrinces brand.
