TKM Grupp is an Estonian retail group that grew out of Tallinna Kaubamaja, a state-owned department store founded in 1960, which became a public limited company in 1994 and whose shares have traded in Tallinn since 1997. It runs the Selver supermarkets, the Kaubamaja department stores and the I.L.U. beauty shops, imports Kia cars into the Baltic states, sells Kia, Škoda and Peugeot through its own dealerships, and owns a security company. OÜ NG Investeeringud holds 67.1 per cent of its shares. Its revenue fell 2.6 per cent in 2025, and net profit was 17.5 million euros.
