Kaubamaja is the Estonian department store business the whole TKM group grew out of. Tallinna Kaubamaja was founded as a state-owned company on 21 July 1960. Kaubamaja now runs two department stores, in the centres of Tallinn and Tartu, and an online shop, selling fashion, food, home, beauty and children's goods, and its sales were 94.4 million euros in 2025.
