VAA – Vista Alegre Atlantis is a Portuguese maker of porcelain, earthenware, stoneware, crystal and glass tableware based in Ílhavo, near Aveiro, where the Vista Alegre porcelain factory was founded in 1824. The Vista Alegre group merged with the Atlantis crystal group in 2001, and Grupo Visabeira took control through a public offer in 2009. At 31 March 2026 the Visabeira owner NCFGEST controlled 84.76% of the voting rights and CR7, S.A. held 10%. Sales were €34.5 million in the first quarter of 2026, almost half of them in stoneware.
