Church & Dwight completed the acquisition of OxiClean on 1 August 2006 for $325 million.[1]
Church & Dwight acquired Orange Glo International, owner of OxiClean, for about $325 million. OxiClean had been built almost entirely through televised direct-response advertising, a channel most large consumer goods companies had ignored.
