Helen of Troy acquires OXO (kitchenware) (2004)
Helen of Troy completed the acquisition of OXO (kitchenware) on 1 June 2004 for $273 million.[1]
Helen of Troy acquired OXO from World Kitchen for about $273 million. OXO had been founded on universal design: its Good Grips peeler was made for a cook with arthritis and turned out to be better for everyone, which is the principle the whole range follows.
