Sega Sammy acquires Persona (2013)
Sega Sammy completed the acquisition of Persona in 2013, buying from Index Corporation.[1][2]
Index Corporation transferred its businesses to Sega Sammy in November 2013, bringing with them the studio behind Persona and Shin Megami Tensei. In April 2014 Sega split the acquired operations, re-establishing the home video game software business under the ATLUS name and leaving the contents and solutions business as Index. Sega Sammy dates the transfer to November 2013 without giving a day.
