About A'Saffa
A'Saffa is the company's own name on most of what it sells: whole chilled chickens, chilled and frozen cuts down to gizzards, hearts and livers, and a long further-processed range made at its automated plant in Muscat — burgers, nuggets, franks, kebabs, shawarma and the breaded Zingle fillets and strips. The company says its birds are fed on entirely natural fodder and slaughtered by knife rather than stunned electrically, in accordance with Sharia.
