The Best Dressed Chicken is Jamaica Broilers' founding and flagship brand, built on an idea Sydney Levy had in 1958: at a time when most Jamaicans kept live chickens and sold them to neighbours, Levy began selling birds already plucked and cleaned, ready to season and cook. It is now produced at an ISO 14001-certified processing plant and sold as chilled and frozen chicken, including seasoned convenience cuts, strips, nuggets and tenders, across Jamaica and, through a US subsidiary, in the United States.
