About Bisco
Bisco is a sandwich biscuit made with yeast, launched in 1933 as Glico's second nutritional confection after Glico Caramel. It was the first product Glico brought back after the Second World War destroyed its factories. It still contains Bacillus coagulans, a bacterium that reaches the intestines alive, and remains one of Glico's longest-selling products.
