About Cauldron
Cauldron is the second brand of Quorn Foods, the British subsidiary of Monde Nissin, and it is plant-based rather than made from mycoprotein: its chilled tofu, falafel and sausages use ingredients such as soya beans, chickpeas and soya protein.
