About Fleurial
Fleurial is Cevital Agro-Industrie's margarine brand, launched in 2001 and since extended across cooking oils and mayonnaise. The table margarine is entirely vegetable, free of cholesterol and of hydrogenated oil, and is sold as a butter substitute for Algerian home baking on the strength of a texture that creams easily into pastry. The special frying oil sold under the same name blends sunflower and rapeseed and is advertised as reusable up to ten times without smoking.
