About Highland Park
Highland Park is distilled on Orkney, the northernmost Scotch whisky distillery in production for most of its history, using peat cut from local moorland that contains heather rather than trees, which gives its smoke a distinctly floral character. Edrington owns it, and the distillery still malts part of its own barley on site.
