About Makiron

Antiseptic and disinfectant brand launched in 1971 for cuts, scrapes and blisters from shoes, and for disinfecting around haemorrhoids. Its bottle was modelled on an eye-drop container so that a measured dose comes out at once and can be sprayed one-handed, a shape the company says has barely changed since launch.
