OTP Bank Slovenia is OTP banka d.d., the OTP group's wholly owned Slovenian bank, formed when its two Slovenian banks merged in 2024. It closed 2025 with EUR 15.4 billion of total assets, second among Slovenia's banks, and with 74 branches.
