Sultan is the basmati rice brand Azersun says has been one of the leading suppliers to the Azerbaijani rice market for fifteen years. The rice itself is grown in northern India, on the Himalayan foothills and the lands bordering Pakistan, and the brand sells it on the two things basmati is judged by: the aroma that survives cooking and grains that double in length when boiled.
