Azərsüd is the dairy line Azersun makes from what it states is one hundred per cent natural cow's milk, produced at the Kurdamir Milk Processing Plant the group commissioned in 2013 and supplied in part from its own Shamakhi dairy farm. The company's pitch for the brand is preservation rather than fortification: it says the vitamins and minerals present in fresh milk keep their quality through processing built on hygienic norms and modern technology, and it publishes recipes and a health strand alongside the product range.
