About The Rec Room

The Rec Room is the chain of venues Cineplex describes as Canada's favourite destination for "Eats & Entertainment": large sites that combine restaurants and bars with amusement games and live entertainment under one roof. There were twelve at 31 December 2025, four in Ontario, three in Alberta, two in British Columbia and one each in Quebec, Manitoba and Newfoundland and Labrador. The games inside are supplied by Player One Amusement Group, which Cineplex owned until it sold the business in February 2024.
