Its financial year ends on 31 March; for 2025/2026 it reported consolidated revenue of €861.6 million, up 12 per cent, operating profit of €86.6 million and net profit of €112.9 million, with hotels contributing half of turnover, gaming 30 per cent and letting 18 per cent. The Monegasque State holds 64.21 per cent of the shares — six million of them made inalienable by Monegasque law — while LVMH, through UFIPAR, and Galaxy Entertainment Group each hold about 5 per cent and the balance trades on Euronext Paris.
