About Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo
The Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo is the flagship of the group. A renovation completed in 2019 added a patio, a spa, fitness and pool complex and a set of top-end suites; the hotel has 206 rooms, sold 49,577 room-nights at 66 per cent occupancy in the year to 31 March 2026 and produced €72.5 million of accommodation revenue, more than any other hotel in the group. Its restaurants include Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse and Le Grill, and in 2025 a Cedric Grolet tea salon and shop opened in the patio and the hotel's wine cellars became a members' club, the Cercle des Caves.
