About Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo
The Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo is the second of the group's Belle Époque hotels. An extension inaugurated in 2004 raised it from 229 to 280 rooms and suites, and a major renovation completed in 2011 added conference space including the Salle Eiffel. It now offers 259 rooms, sold 58,960 room-nights at 62 per cent occupancy in the year to 31 March 2026 and earned €45.3 million in accommodation revenue. Two of the group's Michelin-starred restaurants, Pavyllon and Abysse Monte-Carlo, are inside it.
