Monte-Carlo Beach opened in 1929 and is the one hotel in the group that is not in Monaco: it sits just over the border at Roquebrune-Cap-Martin in France, with a beach complex attached. At 40 rooms it is much the smallest of the five and also the busiest, running 75 per cent occupancy on 6,378 room-nights in the year to 31 March 2026 for €8.5 million. The one-Michelin-starred Elsa and the casual Deck are both here.
