About Café de Paris Monte-Carlo
The Café de Paris Monte-Carlo is the brasserie the group calls the Brasserie du Tout Monaco and lists among the signature brands it holds in its own right. A new Café de Paris was inaugurated in 1988; building work begun in 2022 added two floors, a rooftop and luxury shops, and the restaurant reopened in November 2023 across the ground and first floors with a 280 square metre terrace, which the company says is unique in the Principality. The Casino Café de Paris, with 385 gaming machines, is in the same building.
