Marlow is an all-day dining restaurant with British influences that the group opened in 2025 in Mareterra, the new district of the Principality. It is the newest of the signature restaurant names the company says it holds itself, and the full-year effect of its opening, together with the Cedric Grolet tea salon at the Hôtel de Paris, is what the group credits for lifting its catering revenue 11 per cent in the financial year to 31 March 2026.
