AZEK had no controlling parent, so no seller company id applies; the deal folded AZEK's TimberTech decking, AZEK Exteriors trim and moulding, Versatex trim, StruXure pergolas, UltraLox railing hardware and Intex railing brands into James Hardie, turning a fibre-cement specialist into a broader exterior building-products company spanning siding, decking, trim and railing.
