About Viessmann
Viessmann is the German name on the residential and light commercial heating, ventilation and air-conditioning products that Carrier has made since it bought Viessmann's climate solutions business on 2 January 2024. The privately held Viessmann Group kept the name. It gave a Carrier subsidiary an exclusive, worldwide licence to use the Viessmann trademarks for that business, for €12 million a year over the first five years and a royalty on net sales after that.
