About Zamflour
Zamflour is the flour milling division of Zambeef, selling cake flour, white and brown bread flour, all-purpose flour and premixes. Its mill at Mpongwe, commissioned in October 2024, can mill 50,000 tonnes of wheat a year and is linked directly to Zambeef's Mpongwe farm, its source of wheat. In the half-year to March 2026 its volumes fell short of budget, which Zambeef put down to price competition and a new supplier to Shoprite's bakeries.
