It is listed in Vienna but controlled by a shareholder syndicate: the Manner/Riedl syndicate, formed by the Manner private foundation and a number of individuals, holds more than half of the voting rights. Revenue rose to €304.3 million in 2025 while profit fell by more than half to about €9 million, which the company put down to raw material costs up 25 per cent, cocoa above all, and a €4.8 million write-down on its hazelnut farm in Azerbaijan. Everything it sells is made in Vienna and Wolkersdorf.
