It works from O'Brien House at Le Rocher on Mahé with 209 employees, brewing SeyBrew and Vann Swet, making Slow Turtle cider and SeyPearl soft drinks, and producing Guinness, EKU, Smirnoff and the Coca-Cola range under licence on the same site. Its 12.6 million shares trade on MERJ, the Seychelles Securities Exchange, with the Seychelles Pension Fund among the local holders. It was a Diageo company for most of its life; on 1 July 2025 Phoenix Beverages Limited of Mauritius took a controlling 54.4 per cent stake, and Diageo kept ownership of its own brands, which Seychelles Breweries now makes under long-term licence instead of as a subsidiary.
