About SeyBrew
SeyBrew has been brewed on Mahé since 1972 and its maker calls it the best lager in the Seychelles, the Indian Ocean and all of Africa. It is made with malt and hops imported from Europe and South Africa and pitched at a hot climate: 4.9 per cent in the 280 millilitre returnable bottle and the 300 millilitre can, 4.5 per cent in the 500 millilitre can, with a SeyBrew Lite for drinkers who want less. It won gold at the World Beer Competition in Brussels in 1974 and at the African Beer Cup in 2022.
