Phoenix Beer was launched in 1963, ten years after its maker began producing soft drinks, and the company calls it the first authentically Mauritian beer. Variants include Phoenix Special Brew and Phoenix Panaché, for which PhoenixBev reported strong demand in line with a shift toward low- and zero-alcohol drinks.
